David Lawrence because he had to rip off Medicare to keep the company afloat after the bad business management that Kaiser and The For-Proft Permanente had for years that almost pushed them into bankruptcy.
Dennis Kane because he is just a twerp that found a way to get a bonus for moving his patients out of the hospice program (one way or another - literally) before Medicare found out that fraud was being committed and the patient was not terminal. Dennis bragged how he does in patients and how he makes money off of the Kaiser system bonus tiers.
Dan Stubbs, a court appointed conservator that has knowingly ordered senior citizens into hospice programs when they are no where near being terminal.

He is still working for Kaiser Permanente - He is also a Director of the Raffles Medical Group of Singapore where he has held a position for many years out of the United States. Is this a conflict of interest? Is this illegal?
For someone that is supposed to be retired I wonder why his office is only a few doors down from Halvorson's?

was my father's court appointed conservator
and who did sign him into the Kaiser Hospice
program. While
knowing
full well and
openly acknowledging that my father
was not any where near terminal.
I know this because he told me directly when I asked him when had my father taken had a turn for the worse. Specifically I needed to know if my son should fly out here to see his grandfather.
Stubbs
told me that
my father was not terminal.
He
was told by me
that it was fraud and not to do it and
yet he still did.
Dan
Stubbs explained
to our family, including myself that
our father would receive better medical care and that he would be
restored
to health more rapidly than with the plain old Kaiser
Permanente Senior
Advantage Plan. He also
told us
that my father's
medical/medicare benefits under this
plan had run out for the year.
According
to Dan
Stubbs, Kaiser Senior Advantage Medical
Benefits for home health patients run out within three months,
even though
the
HMO is not doing much to
help the patient at all.
Of
course his
statements were not true but he had the
court appointment didn't he and could do what he wanted and he chose to
work with who ever paid him the most I think.

Stubbs relayed to
all of us how Kaiser demanded from
all the conservators a DNR on their patients and how horrible
it
all was.
Dan Stubbs also made it clear to all members of our family that if we challenged any of his actions that he would place our father in a nursing home in the middle of downtown Los Angeles and we would not have access to see our father.

death the CMS/DHS
Federal Investigation http://www.kaiserpapers.org/sanction.html
specifically
pointed out
the
role played by Stubbs
in the death of my father.
Dan
Stubbs also
claimed that he had sealed access to my
fathers medical records after his death. Kaiser agreed with that
statement
and noted such on the medical records. Dan Stubbs
personally
has
prevented our family
from obtaining our father's medical records all
these
years.
We have them now and have shown proof from those records of everything we have stated all along.
Pay attention to all medical records, physicians, get copies of who is paid what and why. Never, Ever use a professional Court Appointed Conservator unless there is absolutely nothing else that can be done and you have proven to yourself that there is no other way.
