KAISER PATIENT SELF HELP INFORMATION

If you truly wish tothen take the time to educate yourself and learn about the Kaiser and Permanente companies that are taking your money. Educate yourself on what they are doing to you.  Politely and persistently ask questions if you do not understand what they are telling you or if something doesn't make sense. Hard earned money is being paid  to this company to provide medical care for you.  You have the right to ask questions or to simply tell them not to touch you until they start providing truthful intelligent answers.

Note:  With all correspondence between you and Kaiser and/or any government agency make sure that you get on all materials a time and date stamp on them.  If they don't want to provide that then insist that they do.  Without that time/date stamp on it they are not going to necessarily believe that they are obligated to investigate.  You must create a paper trail and refer in all correspondence to that paper trail by date. and if possible time.  This means if you present something to Kaiser, get a stamp on it that shows date and time.  If you present something to a government agency make sure it is dated.  Keep all materials organized in a file.  Refer to all materials, in list form whenever communicating with either Kaiser, DMHC, HHS, DPHS, DHS, OPG, OHR or any other government agency.

Do not only make a complaint to Kaiser on the telephone.  They want you to do that so they won't have to do their job. There is no written record if you file a grievance or complaint by phone no matter what they tell you.  Do it in writing.
